Job Summary

The Talent Development Specialist partners with business leaders to strengthen organizational capability by enabling continuous learning, skill development, and career growth across Husco. This role supports the design and delivery of a modern learning ecosystem—blending digital, experiential, and instructor-led approaches—to build employee effectiveness, accelerate employee development, and support future workforce needs.

This position plays a key role in translating business priorities and talent insights into scalable development solutions that improve employee engagement, internal mobility, and long-term retention.


Key Responsibilities

Enable a Modern Learning Ecosystem

  • Design, curate, and continuously improve learning experiences across digital, instructor-led, and on-the-job channels to support business priorities and employee growth
  • Identify and leverage resources, platforms, and external vendors to expand access to high-quality development opportunities 
  • Lead the Training Committee in identification of training needs and opportunities for US employees. Partner with global training committees to create consistent trainings and learnings. 
  • Administer the Tuition Reimbursement program through employee interest, institution selection, program approval, and reimbursement requests. 
  • Process external training requests from employees including registration and payment information

Enhance Employee Experience and Engagement

  • Support key employee lifecycle moments (onboarding, development, progression) with meaningful conversations and check-ins
  • Gather, analyze, and translate employee feedback into talent insights and opportunities to improve development experiences and organizational effectiveness
  • Serve as a trusted partner to employees and managers on development and growth opportunities

Support Learning Operations and LMS Administration

  • Support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including course setup, enrollments, user access, and completion tracking
  • Partner with business leaders and functional teams to identify opportunities to leverage the LMS to support onboarding, skill development, and compliance
  • Provide insights and recommendations on how to increase adoption, engagement, and effectiveness of learning tools and resources


Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, or business
  • Minimum three years of experience in human resources generalist/business partner roles, talent development, learning, or organizational development
  • Experience supporting talent processes such as employee training programs, retention conversations, or talent reviews
  • Familiarity with learning technologies, including LMS platforms and virtual learning tools
  • Comfortable using talent and learning data to identify trends and support decision-making
  • Authorized to work in the United States
