POSITION SUMMARY

As an integral member of the Talent Management team, the Talent Development Specialist will support the delivery, facilitation, and operational execution of USAP's leadership development and employee experience initiatives. This role will partner wiht the Talent leadership team to ensure seamless program execution, data reporting, event coordination, and participant experience across multiple programs. 

 

The base pay estimate for this role is $45,700 - $73,100 annually. The final offer will depend on the skills, experience, and qualifications of the selected candidate. This range is for base pay only and does not include bonuses or other compensation. This position is eligible for an annual bonus. Bonuses are not guaranteed and are awarded based on individual and company performance. 

Job Highlights

Program Operations & Delivery

  • Support day-to-day operational execution of the Insights program, including reporting, logistics, and session coordination.
  • Coordinate scheduling, communications, and operational readiness for leadership development and enterprise learning programs.
  • Support facilitation and delivery of Insights Discovery and leadership development sessions, including logistics, materials, and participant experience.
  • Manage suite of Leadership Development curriculum, ensuring session facilitators have logistics, materials, and course presentations to deliver.
  • Organize and execute learning events, workshops, webinars, and training sessions, including planning, registration, communications, and materials distribution.
  • Serve as a point of contact for program participants and internal stakeholders regarding logistics, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Partner with HR leadership to support the rollout and operational execution of new talent and employee experience initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Systems, Reporting & Data Management

  • Manage learning systems and platforms (Workday, SharePoint, assessment platforms), including reporting, documentation, and data integrity.
  • Maintain accurate training records, dashboards, and program tracking to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Generate and distribute Insights reports and dashboards for HR and business leaders.
  • Track participation, completion, and engagement metrics across development programs.

 

Talent Programs & Engagement Support

  • Support the administration and ongoing maintenance of talent development programs and related platforms.
  • Coordinate employee engagement survey administration and support post-survey action planning and follow-up.
  • Support planning, execution, and reporting for enterprise talent processes, including performance management and annual review cycle.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSAs):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in HR, talent development, learning operations, program coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with demonstrated ability to maintain data integrity and high-quality reporting.
  • Strong technical aptitude, particularly in HR systems and learning platforms (Workday preferred).
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills, including dashboard development and data analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify issues, recommend improvements, and support continuous process improvement.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, dependable, and service-oriented.
