Talent Development Officer

The Talent Development Officer (UNLSHD) holds a dynamic, hands-on position crucial to Surfing NSW’s (SNSW) high-performance surfing pathway. Your core responsibility is to lead the operational delivery and high-performance coaching of the SNSW UNLSHD, focusing specifically on the development of emerging junior female surfers and coaches.

Working closely with the Talent Development Manager, you will implement elite-level support, utilising your background in high-performance environments to raise technical standards and improve the athlete experience. This unique opportunity allows you to significantly impact SNSW’s talent pathway and foster the next generation of female surfing talent in NSW.

Existing surfing coaching experience, or a strong understanding of surf performance environments, will be highly regarded. This role is open to candidates based in regional or metro NSW, with Surfing NSW supportive of a flexible working arrangement for the right person. Travel may be required to deliver programs, attend camps and support athletes and coaches across select regions of the State.
