Join DayOne – Shaping the Future of Data Infrastructure

DayOne is a global leader in the development and operation of high-performance data centers. As one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry, we’ve built a robust presence across Asia and Europe — and we’re just getting started.

As we expand into new international markets, we’re looking for talented, driven individuals to join us on this exciting journey. This is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to be a key contributor to our dynamic team and help shape the future of global data infrastructure.

If you're passionate about innovation, technology, and growth, we invite you to be part of DayOne’s next chapter.

The Role

This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You will own DayOne’s top-of-funnel recruitment marketing and HR brand engine — defining talent segments, building personas, executing multi-channel campaigns, and continuously optimising based on data and insight. This is a delivery, testing and optimisation role, accountable for awareness growth, pipeline health and recruitment outcomes.

What You’ll Own

Top-of-Funnel Ownership & Talent Growth

  • Own awareness, engagement and pipeline growth for priority DayOne talent segments globally.

  • Translate the existing EVP into segment-specific recruitment and HR brand messaging.

  • Define and maintain talent segments and personas to guide channel, content and investment decisions.

  • Actively influence TA priorities through insight, not just execution.

Recruitment Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Design and deliver end-to-end recruitment marketing campaigns aligned to hiring needs.

  • Own multi-channel campaign execution, including:

    • LinkedIn (organic and paid)

    • Google Ads / AdWords

    • Digital and social platforms

    • Physical advertising (campus, events, on-site, outdoor)

  • Partner closely with recruiters and sourcers to ensure strong hand-off from awareness to conversion.

  • Manage campaign budgets with a clear view of cost-per-result and ROI.

EVP Activation & HR Brand Enablement

  • Activate the EVP consistently across:

    • Careers site content

    • Job advertisements

    • Recruiter outreach and hiring materials

    • Internal HR and TA communications

  • Build and maintain recruitment and HR brand collateral that supports:

    • Hiring campaigns

    • Onboarding and induction

    • Key employee lifecycle touchpoints

  • Ensure alignment between external employer brand and internal employee experience.

Testing, Optimisation & Channel Strategy

  • Embed A/B testing into all major campaigns (messaging, visuals, channels).

  • Develop and evolve a best-in-class channel strategy by talent segment.

  • Continuously assess which channels and campaigns to stop, start or scale based on performance.

  • Protect time for insight, experimentation and optimisation — not just execution.

Data, Insights & Decision Support

  • Own top-of-funnel recruitment marketing metrics, including:

    • Reach and awareness

    • Engagement and CTR

    • Cost per click / lead

    • Talent community growth

  • Influence mid-funnel outcomes through insight (application quality, source effectiveness).

  • Translate data into clear recommendations for TA leadership on channels, spend and strategy.

  • Surface talent market and candidate insights to inform broader TA planning.

AI-Enabled Delivery & Visual Storytelling

  • Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, testing and insight generation.

  • Apply AI responsibly to improve speed, quality and consistency.

  • Produce high-quality PowerPoint presentations for:

    • Hiring campaigns

    • Employer brand storytelling

    • Leadership and stakeholder updates

  • Create reusable templates and toolkits to enable TA and HR teams globally.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Capability

  • 4–7 years’ experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding or HR marketing.

  • Proven experience running multi-channel digital and physical campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of segmentation, personas and funnel metrics.

  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and performance optimisation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with global stakeholders.

  • Strong PowerPoint and visual storytelling capability.

  • Confident using AI tools to work smarter and faster.

How You Work

  • Execution-focused, data-led and outcome-driven.

  • Commercial mindset with strong cost and ROI awareness.

  • Comfortable influencing across regions and functions without direct authority.

  • Pragmatic, curious and comfortable operating in a fast-growth environment.

How Success Is Measured

This role is measured on awareness growth, pipeline health and hiring impact — not activity or asset production.

DayOne is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.

If you're ready to grow with one of the fastest-moving companies in the data center industry, apply now and be part of our global journey.
