Sr HR Director International

Are you a global HR leader ready to make a lasting impact across continents? At Lamb Weston, we’re looking for a Senior Director HR International to shape, align, and elevate our international HR strategy across Latin America, EMEA, China, and APAC. This role is perfect for a strategic, people-first leader with a global mindset.

Your Impact:

As a key partner to the CHRO and President International, you'll drive the people agenda in one of our most dynamic, fast-growing business areas. Your leadership will:

• Set and execute regional HR strategies aligned with our global vision and local business goals.
• Build and lead high-performing HR teams across four regions, developing talent pipelines and succession strategies;
• Enhance employee experience, workforce planning, and cultural alignment in a complex, multi-market organization;
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior regional leaders and a core driver of change management, engagement, and leadership development;
• Ensure HR compliance, labor relations, and operational excellence across geographies.

You will lead and work closely with:

• HR Business Partners (EMEA), Regional HR Leaders (LATAM, APAC, China), and the EMEA Health & Employability and Facilities Managers;
• Functional collaboration with international Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, L&D, Change Management, and HR Operations leaders;
• CoEs, GMs, and senior executives across regions—making HR visible and valued at every level.

What do you bring?

• Strategic HR Leader with 10+ years of progressive, international HR leadership;
• Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field;
• Proven ability to navigate and influence within a matrixed, multicultural environment;
• Deep understanding of regional labor laws and cultural contexts in EMEA, LATAM, China, and APAC;
• Fluent in English and Dutch; other languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, French) are a plus;
• A strong communicator, people developer, and business partner who thrives in fast-paced, change-driven environments.

Travel up to 20% across regions and occasionally to our U.S. headquarters is required.
