In this role, you will bring your unique experience and talent for HR for the following:

Role Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to the HR Leadership Team, contributing to regional and global HR initiatives and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.

  • Lead the HR Operations function across the EMEA region, enhancing efficiency through a tiered service model and ensuring consistent service delivery.

  • Manage and support a team of HR professionals, ensuring timely and effective resolution of employee inquiries.

  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization of HR processes, systems, and procedures across all supported countries.

  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements by developing and maintaining effective HR policies and operational procedures.

  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness in line with the HR Operations roadmap.

Role Requirements

  • 10+ years of working experience in a senior Human Resources role (e. g. Senior HR Manager or HR Business Partner) with strong business and stakeholder collaboration.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or similar would be considered an advantage.

  • Deep understanding of workforce management, labor relations, and compliance requirements.

  • Proven track record in coaching, advising, and influencing leaders.

  • Comfortable working in a changing environment and dealing with ambiguity.

  • Proficiency in delivering presentations and facilitating meetings, workshops, and training.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and drive process improvements.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of organization combined with excellent time and priorities management skills. Strategic thinking with demonstrated ability to perceive the broader context of situations.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders of different seniority levels.

  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English with outstanding verbal, writing, and listening skills.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 6,056 – 10,093 EUR. This range represents an anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible for an annual variable target incentive (which may include long-term incentives, if eligible) that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
