About the role:

Juniper is seeking an experienced Senior People & Culture Advisor to join our People & Culture team, supporting our residential, community and corporate portfolios across WA.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, values-driven environment and enjoys partnering with leaders to deliver practical, high-quality people solutions.

Based at our Balcatta Head Office, this role offers flexibility to work from home and engage directly with our residential sites, giving you true variety and impact across the organisation.

The Opportunity:

As a Senior People & Culture Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering both operational and strategic HR support, including:

  • Providing expert advice to leaders on all people management and workplace relations matters
  • Managing end-to-end employee relations cases including performance, conduct, grievances and investigations
  • Supporting leaders with award/EA interpretation, contracts, and employment conditions
  • Coaching and upskilling leaders to build capability and confidence in managing their teams
  • Contributing to People & Culture projects, including workforce initiatives, engagement and policy development
  • Partnering with stakeholders across residential and community services to drive consistent and compliant practices
  • Supporting change initiatives and continuous improvement across the business 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Senior HR / People & Culture Advisor role
  • Strong knowledge of industrial relations, employment legislation and enterprise agreements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations matters end-to-end
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and build trust
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (desirable)
