Introduction

Area of specialization: To provide strategic direction and leadership on Group workforce planning, organisation design and people analytics to ensure Eskom is adequately resourced, structured and budget accurately for medium to long term manpower costs (3 – 5 years) Department: Organisational Management and Workforce Planning Business Unit: Human Resources Location: Megawatt Park, Sunninghill, Gauteng

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the design and implementation of workforce planning modelling and forecasting framework to enable Eskom Group to objectively determine the optimal medium to long term staffing requirements (10 years)
  • Provide group wide organisation design framework, methodologies and tools to ensure fit for purposes organisational structures
  • Develop people analytics strategy and technologies to build group wide predictive capabilities, risk management and informed people management decisions
  • Reporting and ad hoc projects
  • Resource management

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualification(s): 

  • B Degree/B Tech in Human Resources/Behavioural/Social/Sciences/Commerce at NQF7 with 360 Credits

Experience: 

  • 10 Extensive experience in workforce planning modelling, org design, matrix reporting and analysis
