The Opportunity

This is a part-time, hybrid role for someone who sits at the intersection of:

  • Recruitment

  • Digital marketing

  • Content & performance

You’ll work directly with the Founder to execute high-performing recruitment marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on paid advertising, content, and candidate attraction funnels.

This is a hands-on execution role with clear ownership across campaigns and performance.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

1. Recruitment Campaign Execution

  • Build and launch job campaigns across LinkedIn, Seek, and other platforms

  • Write and optimise high-converting job ads

  • Manage campaign timelines, rollouts, and application flow

  • Support talent pooling and pipeline-building strategies

2. Paid Advertising & Digital Marketing

  • Plan, build, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns

  • Create and test ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies

  • Monitor performance and optimise campaigns based on results

  • Support broader paid and organic traffic strategies for candidate attraction

3. Content & Employer Brand

  • Create high-quality content for LinkedIn and Instagram (posts, carousels, reels)

  • Translate briefs into polished, on-brand content aligned to FLI’s premium positioning

  • Support storytelling across roles, clients, and candidate journeys

  • Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints

4. Candidate Engagement & Marketing

  • Draft and schedule EDMs and candidate outreach campaigns

  • Support nurture sequences across the candidate journey

  • Assist with database engagement and segmentation

  • Contribute to improving candidate experience through communication and content

5. Systems & Marketing Operations

  • Work across platforms such as:

    • ATS (Teamtailor, Jobadder or similar)

    • Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp)

    • Meta Ads Manager

    • Canva

  • Maintain organised campaign workflows, templates, and assets

  • Track key metrics (applications, CPL, engagement, conversions)

Who This Role Is Perfect For

You might come from:

  • Recruitment marketing or talent attraction

  • Digital marketing with campaign management experience

  • Performance marketing (Meta-focused)

  • A hybrid background across marketing + recruitment

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and paid ads (Meta essential)

  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills

  • High attention to detail and strong visual presentation

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimise performance

  • Strong Canva skills (non-negotiable)

  • Organised, proactive, and execution-focused

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

  • Experience with ATS platforms

  • Experience running lead generation or funnel-based campaigns

The Setup

  • Part-time: 10-15 hours per week (flexible, opportunity to grow)

  • Hybrid: Primarily remote, with occasional in-person collaboration

  • Location: Brisbane preferred
