We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Recruitment Marketing Specialist to play a critical role in our talent acquisition strategy, with a strong focus on crowdsourcing initiatives. This role is responsible for end-to-end sourcing support — from job ad creation and candidate screening to pipeline management and stakeholder collaboration.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, trend-aware, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering a strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Job Ad Creation & Placement: Create compelling, high-converting job advertisements and post them across various platforms to attract qualified candidates for crowdsourcing projects.
- Social Media & Paid Ads: Develop, manage, and optimize social media job postings and paid recruitment ads to maximize reach and engagement.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging recruitment-related content (ad copy, visuals, captions, messaging) tailored to different platforms and target audiences.
- Candidate Screening & Review: Screen and evaluate applications to identify suitable candidates based on project requirements.
- Pipeline Management: Move candidates efficiently through the recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, clear communication, and strong conversion rates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other Sourcing Specialists, the Sourcing Manager, and the Sourcing Director to align on strategy, priorities, and performance targets.
- Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics within the recruitment system.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on recruitment trends, sourcing strategies, platform updates, and emerging digital tools to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness.
- Project Management: Handle multiple sourcing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and performance goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably within a crowdsourcing, high-volume, or digital recruitment environment.
- Social Media & Ads Knowledge: Experience running or supporting social media recruitment campaigns and paid ads (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Content Creation Skills: Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging job ads and recruitment marketing content. Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools) are a plus.
- Creativity & Innovation: Creative mindset with the ability to test new sourcing strategies and improve candidate attraction methods.
- Recruitment Trend Awareness: Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment marketing trends, talent sourcing strategies, and digital engagement techniques.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in recruitment systems, job boards, and social media platforms.
