Job Description
Key Accountabilities
- Lead employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives end to end, with a strong focus on positioning, messaging, and audience engagement across relevant talent segments.
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaign strategies that support business hiring goals (e.g., awareness, consideration, and application conversion for campus and experienced talent).
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and insights that improve brand visibility, campaign performance, and candidate experience.
- Build and manage relationships with external partners (e.g., vendors, media partners, event partners) to support campaign delivery and strengthen brand presence.
- Plan, coordinate, and run marketing and brand events (e.g., campus/program promotion events, recruitment brand sessions, networking events), ensuring smooth execution and strong brand experience.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing/design/content, HR/recruiting, regional/global stakeholders) to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of campaigns across channels.
- Manage localization/adaptation of brand and campaign assets for local market needs.
- Own updates and optimization of employer branding touchpoints (e.g., website content, social media presence, marketing platforms) in collaboration with internal teams.
- Track campaign performance, report results, and use insights to refine strategy, improve targeting, and increase engagement.
- Contribute to the broader marketing calendar and plan, identifying opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and reputation in Japan and/or across Asia.
- Ensure employer branding activities are locally relevant while aligned with global brand guidelines.
- Embed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) considerations into marketing content, messaging, and campaign execution.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of marketing experience (employer branding, recruitment marketing, brand/content marketing, or related roles preferred).
- Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and/or event channels.
- Strong project management and coordination skills, including stakeholder management.
- Proficiency with digital marketing channels and platforms (e.g., social channels, campaign tools, content workflows).
- Strong collaboration skills; able to take direction while also driving initiatives independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, including campaign reporting, trend identification, and data-driven recommendations.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to analyze results and present insights.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of brand consistency.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency required.
