Job Overview
The People & Operations Partner supports our international team under the guidance of the Director of People & Culture, contributing to the implementation of People strategies and programs across the organization. The role helps ensure a consistent, equitable, and human centered employee experience while embedding our culture into processes, policies, and daily practices. As part of a global language access company, this position works within a diverse, multicultural environment playing an important role in supporting employee relations, strengthening HR operations, and advancing initiatives that foster inclusion, connection, and continuous improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and employment practices across the United States, Poland, and Mexico.
- Support end‑to‑end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth, consistent, and human‑centered employee experience; coordinate equipment and access management in partnership with IT.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records and documentation, ensuring full compliance with legal and organizational standards; collaborate closely with accounting to provide payroll‑related data.
- Manage and administer employee records and People Operations processes through BambooHR, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.
- Stay informed about HR trends, regulatory updates, and best practices, proactively contributing to the continuous improvement of People Operations procedures, tools, and systems.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees to ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and performance‑related practices.
- Promote full compliance with ethical, legal, and internal standards, empowering managers to lead with confidence, accountability, and responsibility.
- Recommend, support, and help implement new HR policies and procedures, ensuring existing policies are regularly reviewed, updated, and clearly communicated.
- Ensure compliance with internal Performance Management and OKR processes; audit execution and progress and prepare regular reporting and insights for area leaders.
- Coordinate company events as needed and maintain strict confidentiality across all HR processes and employee matters.
Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 2 years of experience in Human Resource domains)

2+ years' experience as Sr. HR Analyst or similar.

English and Spanish language proficiency is highly desired
