Job Purpose
- This role provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in Human Resources, offering handsâon experience within a professional HR consultancy service while supporting managers and employees with a wide range of HR enquiries and processes.
Key Duties/Accountabilities
- Act as the first point of contact for HRârelated enquiries from employees and managers, triaging requests and providing accurate advice or signposting as appropriate.
- Support the wider HROD service in delivering a responsive and customerâcentric HR function.
- Coordinate all grading and job evaluation requests, ensuring accurate processing and adherence to job evaluation processes.
- Maintain upâtoâdate and accurate records relating to job evaluations and grading outcomes.
Essential Experience Required
- Recent experience providing administrative or operational support within an HR or peopleâfocused function or a strong demonstrable interest in pursuing a career in HR.
- Experience handling queries and providing customerâfocused support in a professional environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
Essential Qualifications Required
- Working towards or holding a CIPD qualification (Level 3 or above) or equivalent HRârelated qualification/experience.
