Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within the defined timelines. The ideal candidate should have experience in site supervision, contractor coordination, quality control, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies at the site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards.
• Manage labour deployment and monitor workforce productivity.
• Verify materials received on-site and maintain inventory records.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.
• Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely closure.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with statutory regulations at the site.
