JOB SUMMARY

The Learning & Culture Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the development and delivery of learning experiences that reflect the uncompromising standards of a luxury hospitality environment. Aligned with the values of the St. Regis brand and Marriott International, this role is responsible for assisting in the coordination of training programs, cultural immersion sessions, and colleague development initiatives that elevate service excellence and reinforce the brand’s rich heritage and bespoke service philosophy.

This position collaborates closely with department leaders and the Learning & Development above property team to ensure smooth onboarding of new hosts, ongoing training compliance, and the consistent integration of brand rituals and standards across all touchpoints. The Learning & Culture Coordinator actively supports the delivery of both classroom and on-the-job learning sessions, helps manage training records, and assists in the execution of recognition programs that celebrate colleague engagement and performance.

A strong focus is placed on maintaining the St. Regis culture of gracious service, attention to detail, and the commitment to creating unforgettable moments for both guests and hosts. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, organizational precision, and a genuine passion for people development and luxury hospitality.

CANDIDATE PROFILE 

Education and Experience

  • 4-year bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year work experience in luxury hotel.

OR

  • High School Degree, preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the human resources or related professional area;
