We are looking for a strategic Employer Branding Consultant to assess the current state of our employer brand and related areas (internal comms, employee experience), align it with our business goals, and provide clear, actionable recommendations for future development. The role is advisory, focused on creating a framework and educating internal teams for independent execution.

πŸ” Project Scope and Objectives

Audit & Alignment

  • Review the current state of employer branding, internal communications, and employee experience.
  • Assess existing assets and activities across the employee and candidate journey.
  • Align insights with company values, goals, and talent strategy.

Strategy & Framework Development

  • Identify which employer brand artifacts are missing or need improvement (e.g. EVP, messaging, ambassador program, content pillars).
  • Propose a high-level employer branding strategy and tactical roadmap: what to build, how, and in what order.
  • Define success metrics and tracking methods for future implementation.

Enablement & Handoff

  • Prepare guidelines, templates, and toolkits that internal teams can use going forward.
  • Conduct sessions or workshops with HR/People Ops/recruitment teams to transfer knowledge and ensure confident ownership.
  • Recommend structure or roles (if needed) for further in-house development of the employer brand.

βœ… Who We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Employer Branding, HR marketing, or strategic communications.
  • Proven experience in developing or restructuring employer branding strategies from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of the connection between internal perception and external brand image.
  • Solid knowledge of employee experience design, EVP, company culture, and HR communications.
  • Ability to explain EB fundamentals and build simple, repeatable systems for non-experts.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and delivering consulting reports or playbooks.
