📢 Join our team as a Employer Branding Intern! 📢

In your role as Employer Branding Intern you will assist Employer Branding Specialist in enhancing the branch presence and reputation among potential employees through various marketing and communications initiatives. Through your efforts, you will help create engaging content, coordinate impactful events, and analyze market trends, all of which contribute to strengthening Commerzbank brand presence in the job market

What you will be doing? 👇

1) Support the planning and execution of employer branding campaign and events.

2) Assist in the creation and management of content for social media and other sigital channels.

3) Help in organizing and participating in various EB events: hackathons, recruitment fairs, conferences, university events, and other outreach activities.

4) Support activities to build the company's image among its employees (organization of internal webinars, team building events)

5) Assist in the design and distribution of promotional materials and newsletters.

6) Monitor and report on the performance of employer branding initiatives.

7) Provide support to the HR Team as needed

Your profile:

• Skilled in developing engaging and relevant content for various platforms inc. social media, newsletters, internal communication.
• Familiar with basic graphic tools (e.g. Canva).
• Proficient in organizing, planning and executing projects.
• Capable of managing timelines and ensuring project milestones are met.
• B2 level English spoken and written (mandatory)
• B2/C1 level Polish spoken and written (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good problem-solving ability
• Good communication skills

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in HR or marketing roles
• Experience in project management
