Overview

Ibex operate a global CX delivery center model consisting of 34 operations facilities around the world, while deploying next-generation technology to drive superior customer experiences for many of the world’s leading companies across retail, e-commerce, healthcare, fintech, utilities and logistics. This Position is intended to be 100% onsite.

 

We are located at Centro Comercial Novacentro, en el 6 y 7 piso, dentro de Centro Corporativo Los Próceres entre Boulevard Morazán y, Avenida la Paz, Tegucigalpa 11101.

 

The Employee Engagement Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Employee Engagement within the site. The individual will work closely with the Human Resources Department in the planning and execution of all engagement activities. They will also work closely with Operations and support them in engagement efforts.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Plan calendar of activities for site.
  • Maintain the site’s Rewards and Recognition program.
  • Provide support to operations for the execution of rewards and recognition activities.
  • Hold monthly meetings/focus group discussions with employees regarding engagement within the site.
  • Manage and administer employee engagement budget monthly.
  • Vendor Management- Marketing and Branding.
  • Solicit and organize outreach activities.
  • Plan and execute annual VIP event.
  • Edit/manage company’s social media pages.

  • Effective oral & written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word, Publisher, Powerpoint (or other design software).
  • Knowledge of Photoshop would be an asset, though not a requirement.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or PR Required
  • A minimum of one-two years of work experience, preferably in marketing or event/program planning and execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to infuse creativity, innovation.
  • Very well organized and ability to coordinate and multi-task various responsibilities.
