Hours: 37.5 hours per week (9am – 5pm)
Days: Monday – Friday
The Role
As Culture & Employee Engagement Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of initiatives that shape how our people experience life at Car Finance 247. You’ll help implement social, charitable, reward and recognition, and engagement programmes, ensuring colleagues feel connected, included, and recognised.
Key Responsibilities
You are highly organised, proactive, and enjoy a hands-on role. You thrive in a busy environment and enjoy helping deliver initiatives that make a real difference for colleagues. You’ll have experience in event coordination, internal communications, or People/HR support, and are eager to grow in a role where you can support broader culture and engagement initiatives while learning from senior colleagues.
This is a hands-on, practical role where you’ll support the delivery of engagement programmes, internal communications, and events, working closely with senior leaders, People, Marketing, and Recruitment teams. You will help bring our culture to life day-to-day and make a visible impact on colleague engagement.
