Overview Of the Role:

The Coordinator, Social Media, Global Employer Branding will focus on social media, content creation and community management. You’ll be a key member of the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team.  You will support our Talent Acquisition teams in building and orchestrating targeted recruitment and employer brand campaigns on the web.

This is a very collaborative role - you will enjoy interacting with multiple internal and external partners.  Reporting into the Senior Advisor, Employer Branding, and in close collaboration with Communications teams, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the execution of Saputo’s global talent attraction social media strategy (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), editorial calendar, content, and publications across different markets

  • Setting up targeted recruitment Ads to gain immediate candidate engagement

  • Measuring the performance of social initiatives: traffic acquisition, user engagement, etc.

Salary: $52 960 - $69 460

*Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter:

  • Design, coordinate, and execute targeted recruitment and employer brand campaigns using various social media Ads and tools

  • Support social media efforts, leveraging our values and the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) with the recruitment teams across our divisions - Canada, USA, Argentina, UK, and Australia

  • Contribute to a global content calendar overseeing talent-related topics

  • Contribute to our community management activities on various channels

  • Run performance and analytics for targeted recruitment campaigns; support the analysis of the data and related recommendations

  • Optimize careers pages content on company premium pages, such as Indeed, Glassdoor and LinkedIn Life pages


You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have the Following Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Digital Marketing, or related fields

  • 1 - 2 years experience in digital marketing, social media, communications

  • Good knowledge of social media platforms

  • Bilingual, English and French.  Spanish would be an asset. As part of their duties, the incumbent will have to communicate and collaborate in English, both orally and in writing with colleagues or other stakeholders in Quebec as well as in the rest of Canada. 

  • Strong appetite for social copywriting

  • Interest for talent acquisition and talent development projects

  • Knowledge of the Canva editing tool and Hootsuite is a nice-to-have
