Position Summary
Life Time is seeking a creative and organized Recruitment Marketing Content Specialist to help bring our Employer Brand to life across social, email, and web. In this role, you’ll craft authentic, engaging experiences that showcase our culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective Team Members.
You’ll collaborate closely with social media, talent acquisition, and marketing partners to ensure a consistent, compelling voice across all recruitment marketing channels. Act as a creative problem solver, taking multi-channel recruitment marketing projects from ideation to completion in collaboration with diverse, cross-functional teams.
This role blends copywriting and visual storytelling. You’ll visit our clubs and events, capture photos and video, interview Team Members, and create content that reflects the energy of Life Time. From drafting posts and emails to shaping website user experiences, your work will inspire people to join our teams.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Social Media, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing & Communications teams to elevate the tone and voice of Life Time’s employer brand across recruitment campaigns and candidate touchpoints.
- Act as a creative problem solver, taking multi-channel recruitment marketing projects from ideation to completion in collaboration with diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Provide strong attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
- Partner with the Recruitment Marketing Lead to craft compelling, on-brand messaging across email, social, job postings, and the career site that authentically reflects Life Time’s employer brand.
- Support recruitment initiatives by creating compelling written and visual content for hiring events, employee stories, and candidate engagement campaigns.
- Capture and curate video and photo content that highlights Life Time’s people, culture, and career paths.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Adaptability & Agility: Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in the dynamic environment of recruitment marketing and talent acquisition.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance recruitment marketing efficiency, reach, and candidate engagement.
- Initiative & Creativity: Take initiative to connect available resources and bring forward creative solutions to attract top talent.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint as well as content creation tools like Canva and CapCut.
- Communication Skills: Exercise excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to candidate and employee audiences.
- Project & Time Management: Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines independently and within a team environment.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and recommend solutions to improve recruitment marketing outcomes.
Preferred Requirements
- Recruitment Marketing Expertise: Experience in employer branding, recruitment campaigns, or HR communications with an understanding of candidate behavior.
- SEO & Digital Advertising Knowledge: Familiarity with optimizing content for search engines, managing paid campaigns, and leveraging recruitment technology (ATS, CRM, career sites).
- Creative Design Tools: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms to support content production.
Pay
This is an hourly position with wages starting at $23.50 and pays up to $31.75, based on experience and qualifications.
