Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Engagement: Design and implement strategies to create a seamless, positive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a smooth flow of information.
  • Process Optimization: Evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and other stakeholders to align candidate experience initiatives with company goals.
  • Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and set up for success.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze candidate experience metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in human resources, with a focus on recruitment or candidate experience.
