Role Purpose:
To drive employee engagement, wellness, grievance resolution, and selected talent management initiatives, while using data and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen employee experience, productivity, and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute employee engagement and employee wellness initiatives to enhance motivation, retention, and workplace culture.
Handle employee grievances with empathy, confidentiality, and timely resolution, ensuring adherence to HR policies and practices.
Track and map productivity of new employees to support effective onboarding and faster performance ramp-up.
Support talent management initiatives such as talent reviews, high-potential identification, career development, and internal mobility programs.
Capture, consolidate, and analyze employee feedback from multiple platforms (engagement surveys, pulse checks, connects, grievance data, etc.).
Conduct regular employee connects to understand employee concerns, engagement levels, and development needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to drive cultural and behavioral change initiatives.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and data visualization tools to track engagement, productivity, and talent metrics.
