Role Purpose:
To drive employee engagement, wellness, grievance resolution, and selected talent management initiatives, while using data and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen employee experience, productivity, and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute employee engagement and employee wellness initiatives to enhance motivation, retention, and workplace culture.

  • Handle employee grievances with empathy, confidentiality, and timely resolution, ensuring adherence to HR policies and practices.

  • Track and map productivity of new employees to support effective onboarding and faster performance ramp-up.

  • Support talent management initiatives such as talent reviews, high-potential identification, career development, and internal mobility programs.

  • Capture, consolidate, and analyze employee feedback from multiple platforms (engagement surveys, pulse checks, connects, grievance data, etc.).

  • Conduct regular employee connects to understand employee concerns, engagement levels, and development needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to drive cultural and behavioral change initiatives.

  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and data visualization tools to track engagement, productivity, and talent metrics.
