The Opportunity
Join our Wingfield workshop team delivering control panels and modular switchrooms for high-voltage infrastructure projects.
This dual-role position offers exposure to both control panel wiring and switchroom assembly. Depending on your experience, you may commence in panel build or switchroom installation, with the opportunity to develop across both teams.
You will work from detailed electrical schematics and mechanical drawings to assemble, wire and integrate switchgear, protection systems and control panels into completed switchrooms ready for commissioning.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble and wire panels in accordance with design documentation

Install and integrate panels into switchrooms

Complete interpanel cabling and cable terminations

Install switchgear, protection systems and associated equipment

Conduct testing and fault finding prior to FAT

Maintain quality, safety and workshop standards
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
-
Electrical Trade qualification (essential)
-
Ability to interpret detailed electrical schematics and drawings
-
Experience in industrial, infrastructure or construction environments (workshop or site-based)

Strong competency using power and hand tools
-
Experience with cable termination, panel wiring or switchgear installation (advantageous)

High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Construction White Card (essential)
-
First Aid and LV Rescue (desirable – training provided)
