As a Workforce Planning Officer, you will play a critical role in shaping workforce strategy, influencing business decisions through data insights, and driving best-practice rostering outcomes across one of Australia’s most complex healthcare environments.
This is more than a rostering role , it’s an opportunity to partner with leaders across hospitals, aged care and home care services to improve workforce efficiency, compliance and operational performance at scale. Working closely with operational leaders, managers and administration teams, you will provide expert support in workforce planning, scheduling, compliance reporting and data analysis, helping deliver consistent and efficient rostering practices across all Calvary business streams.
