The role
We currently have an opportunity to join our Business Enablement team as Workforce Planning Analyst in a 18-month fixed term contract position. This opportunity is open to work from our Melbourne office in conjunction with our hybrid work from home options.
As a Workforce Planning Analyst, your role is to support the organisation’s workforce effectiveness by providing analytical, coordination, and operational support to workforce planning initiatives.
Reporting to the Workforce Planning Lead, you will contribute to the development and execution of supply and demand models, assist in capability mapping, and help ensure that internal and external resources are aligned to meet evolving business needs. Your ability to work with data, collaborate across teams, and adapt to changing priorities will be key to your success to serve our customers.
