A bit about the role…
The Website & Digital Experience Coordinator helps deliver website updates, maintain digital best practice, and support platform governance across BUSY’s websites. You’ll coordinate content updates, build pages, support integrations and tracking, and contribute to improving website performance, usability, accessibility and SEO.
This role is full time, fixed term for 6 months based in our Southport office. Working hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, with flexible working arrangements.
Key activities include:
Implement content updates and build pages, forms and modules
Support landing page and campaign page rollouts
Apply best practice in usability, accessibility, mobile responsiveness and content structure
Assist with forms, tracking tags, pixels, integrations and troubleshooting
Maintain website documentation, governance records and platform housekeeping
Support SEO tasks including metadata updates, internal linking, image optimisation and redirects
Contribute to website performance uplift and user experience improvements
Manage tasks and updates in Asana and support continuous improvement activities

Skills And Experiences
About you…
Required skills & experience:
Experience in website content management or digital coordination
Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
Understanding of usability, accessibility, mobile responsiveness and content structure
Experience supporting forms, integrations, tracking or reporting
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks
Comfortable using project management tools (preferably Asana)
Understanding of digital governance, privacy and data security (including APPs)
Desirable:
Experience using WCAG accessibility tools
Exposure to Folio, UpGuard, GA4, GTM or CRM forms
Experience supporting multiple websites or brands
Basic UI/UX understanding
Experience working with external agencies
