Make Outbound Calls: Contact potential study abroad Master’s aspirants to inform them about our upcoming events.
Follow Scripts: Follow a prepared script to deliver information about our upcoming events and handle candidate queries.
Maintain & Update Records: Accurately record candidate responses and call outcomes in CRM system.
Achieve Targets: Qualify, score, and nurture leads to assess their readiness for engagement. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and attendance targets for events assigned.
Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback on the contacted leads to the marketing team for improved targeting. Collaborate with Student Advising Team to optimize calling strategies, and refine scripts. The responsibilities are inclusive but not limited to parameters as stated. Additional responsibilities can be assigned or current duties can be altered to match the business requirements.
