Middlesbrough Museums is growing, and we are looking for a Visitor Experience Co-ordinator to join our team and work across two of the town’s most iconic sites: Dorman Museum and Captain Cook Birthplace Museum.
Working closely with the Visitor & Operations Manager, you will lead our frontline teams to deliver an outstanding, family-friendly offer.
This isn’t just a desk job; it’s a hands-on, public facing role where you will lead by example, coaching staff to ensure every visitor leaves with a smile.
