Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist

Rothman Orthopaedics is looking to hire a full time, temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our team! This is a temporary position expected to last from October 2025 through March 2026. The employee will be able to work mostly from home with the expectation to work onsite in Center City Philadelphia as needed for training and meetings.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full life cycle recruitment to support high volume needs.

• Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, media, and employee referrals
• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates
• Conduct day-to-day recruiting activities to fill requisitions for all vacancies
• Maintain documentation in applicant tracking system to capture candidate information and track outcomes
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Prepare necessary documents related to the interview and recruitment process as needed
• Participate at recruiting events and job fairs as needed
• Aid in the design, development, and execution of recruitment-related projects
• Provide administrative support to Human Resources department as needed
• Participate in special projects as needed

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2-3 years of recruitment experience required
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques
• Web based ATS, highly organized, strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• SHRM- CP
• Healthcare recruitment
• Paycom ATS, Indeed, LinkedIn experience
