Talent Management (TM)
Graduate Talent Management (TM) – Post-Hire
- Support administration of graduate programmes (e.g., The Complete Banker, ASEAN Scholarship, Commercial Banking Apprentice Programme, etc.)
- Coordinate onboarding, rotations, and progression tracking for graduate hires
- Monitor scholars’ academic progress, sponsorship disbursement, and engagement
- Support career development and integration of graduate talent into the organisation
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure meaningful rotation experiences
Graduate and Campus Hiring (End-to-End Ownership)

Lead end-to-end campus recruitment strategy and execution, including:
- Workforce planning for graduate hiring needs
- Building relationships with universities, polytechnics, and student bodies
- Designing and executing campus outreach and employer branding initiatives (e.g., career fairs)
- Developing targeted attraction strategies to widen graduate talent pool in Singapore (where applicable)

Manage full graduate talent lifecycle:
- Job postings and campaign management
- Candidate sourcing and application screening
- Conducting initial interviews and assessments
- Designing and running assessment (psychometrics, case studies, etc.)
- Coordinating final interviews with relevant key stakeholders
- Managing offer process, acceptance, pre-boarding, on-boarding, confirmation, etc.
- Managing development rotations for applicable graduate hires
- Continuously enhance candidate experience and employer brand positioning
Organisational Culture, Wellness and Engagement
Support execution of employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programmes
Assist in planning and running internal HR communications and engagement campaigns
Support organisation-wide surveys (e.g., employee engagement surveys, people manager bottom-up feedback), including but not limited to logistics and reporting
Coordinate wellness programmes and initiatives to enhance employee well-being
Work with Group HR on localisation of regional initiatives
HR Projects and Operations Support
Support HR transformation and talent-related projects where required
Manage vendors and external partners (e.g., training vendors, campus partners, wellness vendors)
Assist in budget tracking and administrative processes for TM and engagement initiatives
- Provide logistical and administrative support for HR department (where assigned)
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree or any related disciplines (Human Resource/ Business/ Psychology) or equivalent professional qualification
- 2 to 5 years of HR experience preferably in talent management, talent development, HR business partnering, campus recruitment and/or graduate hiring
- Experience in financial services or large organisation is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong organisational and project coordination abilities
- Analytical mindset with ability to manage and interpret data
- Detail-oriented with strong execution discipline
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
