The People & Culture (P&C) division work with the business to deliver valued people solutions that drive CCNSW outcomes through:
• Attracting, retaining and developing a workforce of talented and diverse individuals in support of the CCNSW mission;
• Building the capability of our leaders and managers to demonstrate innovative and effective leadership and management practices;
• Creating a safe, supportive and equitable work environment which sustains high levels of engagement, empowerment, commitment and accountability;
• Driving effective and timely internal communications that support workforce engagement.
The People Experience Coordinator works in partnership with the People & Culture team to support overall P&C division administration and core HR systems, data integrity, and workforce processes across the employee lifecycle.
The People Experience Coordinator is responsible for the administration, maintenance and optimisation of People & Culture systems and employee data, ensuring accuracy, integrity and effective use across the organisation, while also providing general administrative support to enable the smooth day-to-day operations of the People & Culture division.
The role is responsible for coordinating training programs and other internal events, ensuring a seamless and engaging employee experience. This role acts as the first point of contact for HR systems, processes and general queries, providing timely support to stakeholders and triaging enquiries to the appropriate People & Culture team members where required. The role supports system integrations and reporting, and contributes to the continuous improvement of People & Culture processes and technologies.
