$62,000.00 - $103,000.00Pay Rate Type:
SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
Develops or oversees the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
Directs structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
Acclimates new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions.
Delivers training courses.
Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior.
Periodically evaluates ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.
Stays abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development.
Experience in the insurance domain--ideally with training experience.
Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
Demonstrated experience delivering or overseeing delivery of training through vendors.
Demonstrated verbal, written and social media communication skills which support culture and strategy.
Solid knowledge of instructional design models and assessment methods.
Demonstrated experience delivering curricula for all different learning environments (asynchronous and synchronous).
Participates as necessary in consultation, development, and delivery of learning solutions.
Travel Requirements - up to 25%.
