As the Talent Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing employee development and performance programs. Your efforts will enhance skills, foster career growth, and drive organizational success. You will work closely with the Talent Development Manager, leveraging people analytics to inform decision-making and ensure our initiatives are effective. What You’ll Do:

  • Program Development & Implementation: Assist in creating and implementing comprehensive talent development programs, including onboarding, training, leadership development, and continuous learning initiatives.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging training materials and resources tailored to various learning styles and professional needs.
  • Facilitation: Lead and facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Performance Metrics & People Analytics: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

 

Required for Success:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or equivalent education/experience in a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in talent development, training, or a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong planning, organizing, leading and process management knowledge. Ability to relate to all levels of employees. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.  Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to utilize people analytics to assess the impact of development programs and provide insights for strategic planning.
  • Coaching & Mentoring: Proven experience in providing one-on-one coaching and mentoring.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with HR team members and other stakeholders.
  • Innovative Thinker: A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for staying current with industry trends and best practices.
