• Diagnose Needs: Use surveys, performance data, and conversations to pinpoint learning opportunities.
• Champion Culture: Foster a workplace where curiosity, collaboration, and development are part of everyday life.
• Measure Impact: Track success with clear metrics and share results with leaders to keep our momentum strong.
• Stay Ahead: Keep up with trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our programs are modern, impactful, and future-ready.

Credentials 🎓

• 3+ years in Talent or Learning Development.
