POSITION SUMMARY:
As part of the talent development team, responsible for designing, developing and delivering formal and informal learning experiences for the staff and leaders of Valley Health System. Interact with staff and managerial levels to identify, plan, implement and evaluate educational programs that correlate to their specific needs and are in line with the goals and objectives of Valley Health System.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree required, master’s degree in human resources, education, instructional design, or a related field preferred. SHRM or ATD Certification desired.
EXPERIENCE:
5-7 years of experience developing and delivering training programs.
Proven understanding of instructional design models and adult learning principles for both virtual and in-person environments.
Preferred qualifications include experience with leadership development, organizational development, and employee relations.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Familiar with current trends in talent development, including application of organization-wide integrated talent management solutions, preferred.
