We're building an AI-first organization - and the way we grow our people needs to match that ambition. As a Talent Development Partner, you'll sit at the intersection of learning, organizational design, and the future of work. You'll shape how eToro's teams learn, lead, and develop - designing programs that are high-impact, data-informed, and built for a company that moves fast.
Act as a builder of AI-powered talent and organizational development products, not only a user of AI tools. Design, prototype, and scale AI-enabled solutions that improve how managers lead and how employees grow - such as personalized development journeys, AI-supported performance review preparation, manager coaching tools, employee sensing mechanisms, and org health dashboards. Translate business and people challenges into practical AI use cases, partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and help lead eToro’s AI-first transformation through the way we develop talent. This is not a "deliver the training calendar" role. It's a builder role - for someone who's equally comfortable sketching a talent strategy with a VP and running a workshop the next morning.
What you'll own :
Design and deliver blended learning solutions that genuinely change behavior - from leadership journeys to onboarding to skill-building for teams in transition. You'll partner with stakeholders to surface real needs, not just requests, and build solutions that scale.
Partner with HRBPs and senior leaders on talent reviews, succession pipelines, and leadership capability frameworks. Translate talent data into development actions.
Lead OD initiatives that improve how we work - engagement diagnostics, team effectiveness, change readiness. Turn listening data into clear, prioritized action.
Actively use and embed AI tools into learning design and delivery. We're an AI-first company - our L&D function should reflect that, not just talk about it.
Facilitate high-quality sessions with confidence - from intimate leadership offsites to company-wide programs. Manage vendor relationships and external partners where needed.
Define what "good" looks like before you build and measure it after. Use data to continuously improve.
For this role, the person should be able to:
