Executive - Talent Development 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accuracy and timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and support in drafting job descriptions.
  • Manage job postings across internal and external platforms, ensuring alignment with employer branding.
  • Hayleys Group Management Trainee Programme – executing the launch campaign, shortlisting, selecting candidates, and organizing inauguration.
  • Conduct orientation programs for new employees.
  • Manage and update the career site to reflect current opportunities and organizational updates.


Candidate Profile:

  • Degree/professional qualification in Human Resources / Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in HR. Exposure to Talent Acquisition would be preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of the MS Office package and familiarity in basic AI tools.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills along with a good command of the English language.
  • Ability to form and maintain highly effective working relationships with all levels of stakeholders and external parties.
