As our Talent Development Partner, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the effective delivery of all induction, training and Insights for our central support functions. Acting as a first point of contact for leaders and colleagues across the central support you will be able to give advice and information on all Learning and Development processes, activities and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Manage all inductions and training for the Central Support functions
Design and delivery of Leadership Academy for Central Support with the aim to develop our leadership capability, drive performance and grow our talent
Delivery of existing training materials and Insights in line with company standards
Coordinating training with the support of the Talent Administrator
Actively support continuous improvement of our programme content through the review, design and development of courses to support our blended learning approach
Ensure that materials and resources are prepared in advance
Working as part of a wider team to achieve the overall vision
Identify Training Needs within departments and support with Personnel Development Plans
Manage the Talent Matrix and succession process
Mentor and coach colleagues to be the best they can be
Manage, report and drive mandatory online training via the Learning Management System
Create eLearning to support development
Manage and drive apprenticeship training
About you:
Previous experience within a similar role
Proven track record of designing creative and engaging leadership training
Experience of delivering engaging training
Passionate about developing others and confident in facilitating training
Strong relationship management skills
Organised with great time management skills
Facilitator or trainer qualification (ideally CIPD accredited or equivalent)
