Responsible for the development and implementation of talent development programs in accordance with company initiatives and strategies. Manages and evaluates the presenter's performance and the infrastructure of the talent and development department.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
· Performs client-facing consultation for the organization to cultivate and reinforce a continuous performance and coaching culture. Responsible for continual program analysis, reporting, and revision based on success metrics and organizational needs.
· Collaborate with Talent Partners, and business leaders to: o Execute on strategy and best practices regarding talent review, succession and high potential development in alignment with business strategies o Execute the succession strategy and approach for SLT (Senior Leadership Team) o Execute Guardian assessment practice to build top talent self-awareness, development, and readiness for future roles
· Identifies criteria and nomination approach for Guardian’s high performing teams; contribute to content design including assessment approach.
· Responsible for continual program analysis, reporting, and revision based on success metrics and organizational needs.
· Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
Knowledge and Skills
Experience
Has demonstrated experience in education coordination, curriculum development, training assessment and evaluation.
Education/Certifications/Licenses
Has a bachelors degree in adult education or a comparable field of study. A masters degree is preferred.
Interpersonal Skills
Able to communicate with senior managers, employees, trainers from other companies, outside vendors, and professional training group members both verbally and in writing.
Other Skills
Can work autonomously.

Physical Requirements
Able to travel to all areas of responsibility, including out-of-town branches and departments within buildings to perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.
Working Conditions
Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise.
