We’re seeking a Talent Development Manager who will design and deliver programs that accelerate growth, inspire innovation, and prepare our next generation of leaders to drive Coastal’s legacy forward.
What You’ll Do:
Leadership Development & Succession
- Design and execute high-impact leadership programs that prepare emerging leaders, high-potential employees, and seasoned managers for greater responsibility.
- Partner with senior executives to assess future capability needs, succession risks, and leadership pipeline priorities.
- Introduce innovative approaches—mentorship programs, leadership cohorts, coaching circles, and immersive learning experiences—that strengthen Coastal’s leadership culture.
Onboarding & Employee Growth
- Design and lead engaging onboarding programs that accelerate new hire integration and build long-term retention.
- Align onboarding with Coastal’s business priorities, values, and culture, ensuring every employee starts with purpose.
- Continuously measure effectiveness and improve through feedback, data, and outcomes.
Program Design & Delivery
- Own the end-to-end process for talent development programs: needs analysis, design, delivery, communication, and evaluation.
- Blend modalities—workshops, digital platforms, experiential learning—to make learning impactful and practical.
- Track and report ROI, demonstrating how development initiatives move the needle on engagement, retention, and readiness.
Facilitation & Coaching
- Facilitate workshops, team offsites, and leadership development sessions with confidence and presence.
- Provide coaching and advisory support to leaders at all levels, from frontline supervisors to executives.
- Act as a visible champion of growth, learning, and leadership excellence across Coastal.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or related field.
- 7+ years in training and development, with a strong portfolio of leadership development design and facilitation.
- Proven ability to design scalable programs that develop leaders and strengthen organizational capability.
- Expertise in blended learning and modern program design.
- Exceptional facilitation and coaching skills—able to inspire, engage, and influence at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to deliver programs that drive measurable results.
- Experience in construction, project-driven, or field-based industries a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% to other Coastal office locations.
