As the Talent Development Manager at Ball, you will lead the design, implementation, and management of talent development strategies and programs to strengthen employee skills, performance, and growth. Ultimately supporting Ball’s overall success. This role plays a critical part in reinforcing and servicing Ball’s company culture by delivering development initiatives that reflect and support its values, business goals, and ways of working. You will proactively identify development needs and design impactful programs (80%) while remaining flexible to respond to ad-hoc requests and provide targeted support as needed (20%). This is a North America-focused role reporting to Human Resources, operating as an individual contributor.
