Job Summary |
The primary responsibility of the Talent Development Manager is to oversee the organization's learning and development and performance management programs. This position is responsible for developing and implementing learning and development strategies and performance and talent management programs. The Talent and Development Manager will work closely with leadership to align strategies with organizational goals and initiatives. They will also track the impact of programs, provide consultation on employee relations, and facilitate succession planning. |
