About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Development Lead, based in Chile and reporting to the Regional CHRO, who will play a key role in shaping and executing the regional Talent Development agenda, ensuring alignment between global initiatives and regional business needs.
This role is critical to building leadership capability, accelerating talent growth, and embedding a strong learning culture across the region.
Your Impact
As Talent Development Lead, you will be responsible for:
• Lead the design and execution of global Talent Development projects, ensuring effective regional implementation.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to translate strategy into impactful learning initiatives.
• Own Performance Development processes and collaborate on Talent Reviews and Succession Planning across LAC.
• Lead and coach a team of Learning and Development Specialists across multiple countries, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
• Conduct training needs analysis and define tailored learning solutions for diverse employee populations.
• Oversee the design and delivery of leadership development programs using blended learning approaches.
• Use data-driven insights to evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve learning impact.
• Drive innovation in learning content, methodologies, and delivery channels.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to embed learning into the organizational culture.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all development initiatives.
• Promote the adoption of emerging technologies and digital tools in learning and development.
What We Are Looking For
• Proven experience in Talent Development, Organizational Development, or similar roles, ideally within professional services environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading global initiatives with strong local implementation capability.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing L&D teams across multiple countries.
• Strong operational and execution skills, with a hands-on and pragmatic approach.
• Deep knowledge of performance management, learning design, and leadership development frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work in matrix organizations.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English, required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Experience in change management and process improvement.
• Familiarity with global learning trends and technologies.
• Experience with HR technologies and LMS platforms (e.g., Hive, Cornerstone).
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive cultural change.
• Experience designing scalable learning solutions across geographies.
