Program Structure:
- Duration/Schedule: Flexible part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer months.
- Location: Hybrid

What We're Looking For:
- Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Human Resources or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills to assist employees with questions.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to succeed in a team environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Preferred Experience:
- HRIS experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Familiarity and/or experience with HR practices and HR law.
What You'll Focus On:
- Provide employee customer service.
- Ensure timely and accurate HRIS data updates.
- Maintain employee file accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Create process maps to document process related to talent and On-the-Job Training.
- Support On-the-Job Training: Follow up with trainers and supervisors to build confidence in program and systems.
- Ability to meet the essential job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation, as outlined in the job description.
- Follow Environmental, Quality and Safety Management System procedures and requirements.
