About the role
We are currently looking for a Talent Development Executive to join our People & Culture Team on a Full-Time basis. The Talent Development Executive plays a key role in fostering a supportive and empowering work environment whilst encouraging employee growth. This role combines strategic thinking with creativity—designing effective training programs and collaborating with leadership to address skill gaps and promote ongoing development.
Additionally, the position drives initiatives that align employees with Inspire’s mission and values, enhancing engagement, satisfaction, and retention. It also plays a part in ensuring GDPR compliance, managing internal communications, administration and co-ordination of training and supporting succession planning, all contributing to a strong and cohesive People & Culture function.
What you'll be doing
Employee Development
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programmes (e.g. Orientation, GDPR, policy training).
- Support continuous development through IDPs, online resources, and attendance tracking.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify skill gaps and create targeted development initiatives.
- Responsible for the effective administration and coordination of training programmes (local & abroad) across the organisation, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with organisation's objectives.
- Monitor learning outcomes via HRIS/LMS and assess training effectiveness through feedback and metrics.
- Ensure training compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Lead succession planning and development of high-potential talent.
- Facilitate workshops and focus groups to support collaboration and continuous improvement.
Employee Well-being & Support
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR and learning-related matters, referring them to the appropriate policies or reference point.
- Assist in addressing employee concerns, ensuring a fair and impartial resolution in line with organisational procedures.
- Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicts and promote constructive solutions.
Community Building & Well-being
- Lead initiatives that connect employee roles with the organisation’s mission, vision, and values.
- Create a feedback process for all Inspire People to share concerns and suggestions.
- Focus on job satisfaction, recognition, and career growth to improve retention.
- Encourage teamwork and engagement across the organisation through a collaborative culture.
- Track engagement through surveys and promote the organisation’s employer brand.
- Strengthen our community through team-building events, recognition programmes, and internal communication.
General HR Administration
- Manage and respond to HR tickets in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accurate resolution of employee queries and requests.
- Draft, coordinate, and distribute internal HR communications to ensure employees are informed of relevant updates, policies, and initiatives.
- Handle correspondence and matters related to GDPR compliance, including communication and collaboration with the organisation’s Data Protection Officer (DPO).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all employee training sessions within Inspire’s internal systems.
What we're looking for
We are looking for an empathetic, collaborative and people-centric professional with an innovative and adaptable mindset to join our People & Culture team as a Talent Development Executive.
Qualifications & Experience
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent L&D certification.
- Proven experience in an L&D with a learning focus (1-2 years).
- Strong understanding of learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods.
- Excellent communication, organisational, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience with learning management systems (LMS) and/or e-learning platforms would be considered as an asset.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools (e.g. Articulate, Canva, Miro, etc.) would be considered as an asset.

High proficiency in English Language (both spoken & written).
Prior to being recruited and throughout the duration of employment, the selected candidates need to satisfy the requirements of the Protection of Minors Act (POMA) together with those of immunization.
