NEW ROLE: Talent Development Coordinator

We are excited to welcome a dedicated and enthusiastic Talent Development Coordinator to our team!                                                                                                                                            

In this full-time role, you will partner closely with our Talent Development Manager to ensure new and recently promoted team members embrace the exceptional service standards that define Cescaphe.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the creation and preparation of engaging training materials.
• Support and facilitate classroom sessions and workshops.
• Provide on-site support during live events, reinforcing training, and assisting venue trainers.
• Share feedback and insights with the Talent Development Manager to help shape training programs.
  
• Contribute to the development and delivery of training that reflects Cescaphe’s culture and values.
  
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering continuous learning and growth.
  
• Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and employee performance.
  
• Support employees with ongoing development as they apply new skills in event settings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant professional experience (e.g., Senior Server, Event Management, Business Administration, Communications).
  
• 4+ years of event experience (weddings, conferences, and/or corporate events).
• Proven experience managing events from planning through execution.
• Prior experience training both hourly and managerial staff.
  
• Familiarity with event management software (CRM, registration systems, budgeting tools).
  
• Experience in staff leadership, delegation, and team direction.
  
• Strong knowledge of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and budgeting.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of staff.
• Dependable, accountable, and driven to inspire growth in others.
