Key Responsibilities
Training & Onboarding Support
- Coordinate onboarding training for new hires
- Ensure required trainings and certifications are completed on time
- Track and document training completion
- Serve as a point of contact for training-related questions
Learning Materials & Systems
- Organize and maintain training materials and resources
- Upload, update, and manage training content in learning platforms
- Support leadership with training documentation and records
Employee Development Support
- Assist with ongoing professional development initiatives
- Coordinate internal trainings, workshops, or learning sessions
- Help identify training gaps and improvement opportunities
Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain accurate digital training records
- Provide leadership with updates on training status and completion
- Support improvements to training workflows and processes
What This Role Does NOT Do
- Make hiring or termination decisions
- Conduct performance evaluations
- Supervise staff or provide managerial oversight
(All final decisions remain with leadership.)
Schedule & Availability
- Part-time, as needed based on organizational needs
- Hours may vary week to week depending on onboarding and training demand
- Advance notice will be provided whenever possible
- Availability for scheduled meetings or training sessions is required
- Timely communication and responsiveness are essential
Qualifications
- Experience in training coordination, talent development, HR support, or operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
- Healthcare or nonprofit experience is a plus (not required)
Compensation
- $25 per hour
- W-2 employment
