Empath Health is seeking a data-savvy, forward-thinking Talent Optimization Analyst to help drive our people strategies through insights, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role supports key talent initiatives, including performance management, employee engagement, internal mobility, and succession planning—by delivering actionable analysis and optimizing development frameworks that help our people grow.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a people-focused mindset and is equally comfortable navigating systems and building relationships across HR functions. A solid understanding of talent development concepts, an ability to translate metrics into meaningful action, and experience with tools like Workday and data visualization platforms are all highly valued.
What You’ll Do
• Analyze workforce data and trends to inform strategies around performance, engagement, retention, and development.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for HR and business leaders.
• Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of talent development programs, including performance management, succession planning, and employee surveys.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR teams to align efforts around internal mobility, learning, and talent optimization.
• Ensure data integrity and functionality across talent systems; contribute to research and benchmarking on best practices.

Position Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in talent development, people analytics, or a related HR discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms; Workday experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
