About This Role

We’re looking for a Talent & Culture Coordinator to help us attract great talent, create exceptional onboarding experiences, and support a workplace culture where employees feel welcomed, engaged, and connected.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating positive experiences, and helping shape workplace culture. You’ll play a key role in recruiting coordination, orientation, onboarding, employee engagement, and culture initiatives across our growing retirement community.

The Talent & Culture Coordinator serves as a key support partner to the Human Resources team and helps bring our CARES values to life through meaningful employee experiences and operational support.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate recruiting activities, candidate communication, and interview scheduling
  • Support job postings, applicant tracking, and recruiting outreach efforts
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation programs
  • Help create engaging and welcoming Day One experiences for new hires
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and culture initiatives
  • Manage employee events, engagement calendars, and communication initiatives
  • Support HR systems, reporting, and administrative processes as needed
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to support staffing and retention initiatives

Must Have Skills

  • Experience in Human Resources, recruiting, onboarding, hospitality, healthcare, or employee engagement
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service mindset and professional presence

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience coordinating events or employee programs
  • Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems
